| In Their Words: I knew I needed to make changes in the business after 14 years. I was frustrated with things not moving along as smoothly as I would have liked. I’ve had very little management experience. I did interview other companies, but I like that MVP comes in every week, rather than just preparing a report and disappearing. MVP is more like a personal coach, rather than just a consultant that analyzes, gives recommendations, and leaves. My impression is that with most consultants you get a 3” binder filled with recommendations, then never hear from them again! What I like about working with MVP is that they are always well prepared – much more than I am! They are easy to talk to, particularly with personal information. Jack even met with my husband over coffee to reassure him what to expect prior to my working with MVP! Some of the major benefits I have seen from working with MVP include my working better with management staff to get their buy-in on changes we’re planning.
