| In Their Words: When I first met MVP I had been struggling with growing my business and needed assistance in looking beyond my own constrained view of the industry. I wanted someone who would challenge me to grow and build on what I had already done. There are several qualities of my MVP team that I consider invaluable. They are good listeners, direct in their suggestions, and they are honest. As simple as it sounds, they have a clear concern for the success of my company. I have worked with two other business consultants in the last three years. Their approach was to listen to what I wanted to do and then repeat it back to me in different words. The MVP team is different. Yes, they listen, but then they challenge my thinking and encourage me to look beyond my comfort zone. The MVP team has opened my perspective. They require that I look at the validity of my long held beliefs of our industry, that I focus on building profit and that I come to reasonable conclusions on my own.
