| In Their Words: As our “little” company began to grow, we realized that while we were experts in our trade, there was so much we did not know about developing and growing a startup company. On a daily basis we were faced with new challenges that we were not certain how to tackle. We needed advice and guidance so that we would not make any significant miss steps. We also needed someone with a track record to assist us in building a solid foundation from which to grow. The guidance Adam and Jack have provided has allowed us to be very methodical in our approach to growth. As a result, we’ve been able to manage our growth and yet double our size over the course of four years to meet the goals of our five year plan. It’s been an incredibly easy process to work with our MVP team. Our biggest challenge has been in keeping up with our assignments. Adam and Jack continually challenge us to reach for higher goals and better results. We have struggled with staying on top of opportunities they provide. We tend to get caught up in our daily challenges of the business and often do not get to the tasks that they recommend for long term stability and growth. We’ve been incredibly surprised and pleased with the level of expertise and recommendations they’ve provided. No matter what the issue, challenge or opportunity, Adam and Jack have always been able to provide sound advice and council on how to maximize our opportunities.
