| Client Profile: Founded in 1996, Stuhr Enterprises, Inc ("SEI") is a manufacturer and marketer of animal feed additives. The majority of SEI's total sales come from two products for dairy cows in their transition stage. This stage is the 3 weeks pre partum and 3 weeks post partum. The balance of the sales are products for swine and poultry including an acidifier for baby pigs, dried fish solubles and dried porcine solubles for swine and poultry diets. |

| In Their Words: When I first met MVP, my objective was to sell my company at the best price based on its value. By reviewing their experience from previous careers and talking to two of their current clients, I knew they had the knowledge and skills to help me meet my objective. The process has been a lot of hard work to create financials and "the story" to present to potential buyers, but the MVP guys were also patient but persistent in coaxing me to do my end of the project. I did have a business coach before for two years. MVP's coaching is more goal oriented supplemented with tools to help you through the process. At the beginning, we discussed and I processed forms to identify the goals and the time table. I expected that many hours of tedious research and analysis would be required, but they made it as easy as possible by providing tools such as the cash flow analysis spread sheets, financial "recasting" guidelines, etc. MVP also has an excellent follow up tool in that they made a summary of every session and listed the specific tasks that needed to be done. Just a couple of the qualities about my MVP team that I find invaluable are their analytical ability to examine issues to grow or sell a company, their experience in Sales and Marketing, their persuasion abilities to keep a procrastinator moving along on projects, and certainly last but not least, their great sense of humor! |
